Q. Do I need to pay for Digital SAT Practice?
You do not need to make any payment for the Digital SAT Practice. Even if you do not select any program on the Program Selection page, access to the Practice SAT will be sent to your email within 1 business day.
Q. How do I receive the 2 new sets each month?
Two new sets are added each month on the anniversary of your account activation date. Any sets not completed from previous months will remain available throughout your active membership.
Q. How should I use the 3 attempts per test?
Each test offers two attempt modes:
1st attempt (Test Mode): Time-limited, no answer reveal — true exam simulation with score report.
2nd–3rd attempts (Review Mode): Previously missed questions are flagged, and explanations are accessible while re-solving.
This lets students learn → review → master with the same set, and the octagonal radar can compare 1st vs 3rd attempt scores to track domain-by-domain improvement.
Q. What happens to my completed sets if I cancel?
After membership ends, access for both students and parents will be restricted. Your student's learning history (scores, octagonal analysis, attempt records) is retained for 1 year from the membership end date. Resubscribing within that year fully restores all data — students can continue exactly where they left off. Data is permanently deleted after 1 year.
Q. What is the refund policy?
Jay's EDU Digital SAT Platform is non-refundable. We strongly encourage families to use the free trial (Module 1 of one full SAT set on first signup) before subscribing. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time, and billing stops at the next billing cycle.
Q. How do I receive Jay's commentary with the Premium add-on?
Premium members select up to 10 wrong-answer questions per set for Jay's personal commentary — up to 20 questions per month across 2 sets. We recommend choosing the questions you found most confusing or where you see a pattern of repeated mistakes. Commentary is typically delivered to your dashboard within 3–5 days of submission.
Q. How do I claim the in-person/hybrid class discount?
Students who have maintained at least 2 months of Monthly ($99) or 1-Month Intensive ($249) membership are eligible for one of the following when enrolling in Jay's EDU in-person or hybrid classes:
• Regular semester (fall/spring): 10% off first month's tuition
• Summer Camp: $100 off tuition
Notify us with your membership info at the time of enrollment and the discount will be applied automatically. Only one discount per student; cannot be combined with other promotions.
Q. What's the difference between 1-Month Intensive and Monthly?
The 1-Month Intensive gives you all 4 sets at once for short, high-volume prep before test day. Monthly is a subscription that releases 2 new sets each month — better value for anyone studying for 2+ months.
Q. When can I add or remove the Premium add-on?
You can add or remove the Premium add-on at any time while maintaining your Monthly membership. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Q. Does the $50 group rate continue after the group class ends?
The $50 rate is available only while your group session is active. After your group class ends, you can transition to the standard Monthly ($99) or 1-Month Intensive ($249) plan.
Q. Is there a sibling discount?
Yes. 20% off Monthly membership for the second sibling and beyond ($99 → $79/mo). Request a sibling code via KakaoTalk.
Q. Is there a free trial?
Yes. New users can try Module 1 of one shorten SAT set for free. Since memberships are non-refundable, we strongly recommend using the free trial to confirm the platform is right for your student before subscribing.
Q. What can parents see on the parent dashboard?
Score trends, octagonal radar graphic of strong/weak domains (across Reading, Writing, Math), time-per-question analysis, and Jay's wrong-answer commentary (with Premium add-on). Available in both Korean and English.
