Jay’s EDU에서는 10월 National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT)와 10월 17일 ACT를 준비하는 학생들을 위해 2-Week Intensive Camp를 개설합니다. Jay’s EDU will offer two intensive 2-Week Camps to help students prepare for the October National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) and the October 17 ACT.
두 캠프 모두 짧은 기간 동안 시험에 필요한 핵심 개념과 문제풀이 전략을 집중적으로 학습할 수 있도록 구성되어 있습니다. Both camps are designed to provide focused preparation over a short period of time, emphasizing essential concepts, test-taking strategies, and intensive problem-solving practice.
A. 2-Week NMSQT/PSAT Camp
October National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test Preparation.
10월 National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test를 준비하는 학생들을 위한 집중 캠프입니다.
The PSAT/NMSQT is more than just a standardized test. For 11th-grade students, it is an important examination that provides an opportunity to participate in the National Merit Scholarship Program selection process and can also serve as an important indicator of a student’s academic readiness when applying to highly selective colleges. Therefore, in the weeks leading up to the test, focused preparation is essential—not only to understand the question types, but also to improve accuracy and time-management skills. PSAT/NMSQT는 단순한 시험이 아니라, 11학년 학생들에게 National Merit Scholarship Program의 선발 과정에 참여할 수 있는 중요한 시험이며, 최상위 대학에 지원하기 위한 자격 조건을 보여 줄 수 있는 매우 중요한 시험입니다. 따라서 시험 직전에는 문제 유형에 대한 이해뿐만 아니라 정확도와 시간 관리 능력을 높이는 집중적인 준비가 중요합니다.
During the camp, students will review key concepts and question types commonly tested on the PSAT/NMSQT while developing effective problem-solving and time-management strategies for the actual test. B. 2-Week ACT Camp
Preparation for the October 17 ACT
10월 17일 ACT를 준비하는 학생들을 위한 집중 캠프입니다. The 2-Week ACT Camp is designed for students preparing for the October 17 ACT.
ACT는 제한된 시간 안에 정확하게 문제를 해결해야 하기 때문에, 시험 직전에는 단순히 많은 문제를 푸는 것보다 학생의 약점을 정확하게 파악하고, 각 영역별 문제풀이 전략과 시간 관리 능력을 집중적으로 향상시키는 것이 중요합니다. Because the ACT requires students to solve questions accurately within a limited amount of time, effective preparation before the test should focus not simply on completing a large number of questions, but on identifying individual weaknesses and improving section-specific strategies, accuracy, and pacing.

단순한 개념 설명에 그치지 않고, 실제 시험에서 자주 접하게 되는 문제 유형을 분석하고 효율적인 문제풀이 방법을 연습합니다. Rather than focusing only on reviewing concepts, the camp emphasizes analysis of test questions and practical problem-solving techniques.
시험 직전 집중 관리 / Final Preparation
시험을 앞둔 마지막 2주 동안 학생들이 자신의 약점을 보완하고 시험 시간 관리와 문제풀이 속도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 집중적으로 지도합니다. The final two weeks before the test are an important opportunity for students to address weaknesses, improve pacing, and strengthen their overall test-taking performance.
